Testing Engineer - Electrical

Job Requirements:
•Through knowledge in governing standards for Domestic Switches, Sockets and ability to read, analyze and Interpret governing standards
•Through knowledge in type testing sequences in relation to electrical Wiring Accessories Products (Domestic Switches, Sockets) and expertise in product testing.
•Ability to debug and verify tested samples.
•Experience and knowledge in electronic parts in qualifying third party components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Perform Type testing of Wiring Accessories Products (Domestic Switches, Sockets) as per international standards viz, IEC, British Standards and SASO etc.
•Coordination of Product testing & approval with external accredited Laboratories.
•Analyze and debug tested samples and recommend changes or modifications in the product.
•Participate design and provide suggestions for product electrical compliance.
•Inspect and qualify electronic parts received from third party during product development phase.
•Maintain, analyze the test reports and formulating input to R&D, reporting to Project Manager.

Office Administrator cum Sales Assistant

A company specializing in trading and retailing of school uniforms requires Office Administrator cum Sales Assistant with minimum experience of 3 years.
Accounting background preferred.

Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC)

Manage the operations of DMCC Commodity Services such as orders, inventory, sales electronic system and logistics support for Commodity Services Coin Sales, memberships, tenders and trade events.
Follow up and coordinate receivables and payables.
Send out invitations and phone clients for information, RSVP to events and communicate new initiatives.
Maintain a department calendar of activities and follow-up with the relevant team members to coordinate meetings and events.
Take notes and draft letters / emails to communicate with team and customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
To support the processing of all service requests, payments and collections from customers
To process coin orders as received by customers and maintain coin pricing and sales information; update website on daily basis with gold coin prices
Weekly visit to coin distributors for inventory reporting
Support team events by taking accurate and professional notes, maintaining an organized calendar and processing information (contacts, client requests) into an organized database
When needed liaise with other departments to source quotes, get approvals or confirmations on payments, purchasing orders or other transactions
To provide administrative assistance such as maintenance of filings, directors corporate card claims, claims preparation and submission, hotel bookings arrangement of visa application and collection, and required paper work
To support in maintaining clients records, “KYC” details and compliance formalities organized and keep a proper file management system in place
Coordinating and liaising with other departments such as sales and marketing in arranging specific events and other related activities as and when required.
To communicate with team and clients as needed to provide assistance answering basic requests and general information regarding DMCC and Commodity Services; make calls to confirm rsvp attendance to events and follow up on specific requests
